Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a place in Bristol for a wax and massage, Cocoon is the one!

My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

Amazing experience, on paper it may look like a type of facial but it is far more than that. I end up becoming completely relax and towards the end I pass out almost asleep and the body so relaxed it feels heavy and difficult to move afterwards, it is the best feeling ever and my face always ends up looking fresh, glowing and toned, especially after a few sessions. Who would have thought a facial like this could affect the whole body. Love it! And Katie is superb at what she does!! ❤️

Love my sculpt facial treatment, it’s very relaxing and soothing and you do see results of face looking more define, the removal of small excess of fluid around eyes, cheeks and jaw line. I have this treatment every 8 weeks, it can take a couple of session to really notice the benefits and effects, I suffer with fluid retention due to kidney disease, which could mean my experience my differ to the norm, I love the outcome and would hate to go without now.

Zandile does my eyebrows so nicely - I love the way she maps them out before waxing!

Once again Darylle has done an amazing job of making my eyebrows the best shape ever. Very attentive, getting the shape & colour perfect for my face. I even had a lash tint this time and no stinging eyes which has happened at other places. A very happy client.

Great service always at The Clifton Suite. I like natural lashes & that’s what I get. They last well & are competitively priced. Pleasant salon space within a lovely Georgian house & lots of parking options. I’ve tried other options in Bristol but this is the best in my opinion. I am 60 years old.
