Well as promised here’s my second review in two days! Had 1 ml of lip filler today (1st time ever!) and Jess put me totally at ease and kept me fully informed throughout the treatment. Absolutely amazing, it was my first time coming. She listened to my skin history and issues I have, we did the VIP facial, she was very professional, gentle and it felt just brilliant. She was very informative and helpful, my face felt amazing afterwards. And its now been 3 days since and I can see improvements already! I will be coming back for regular facials to keep up my skin health! I highly recommend anyone to come to Jessica!

First of all, the establishment itself is beautiful, clean with a wam atmosphere. I was a little nervous going in for my first visit, I’d been getting lip fillers for many years elsewhere, but stopped almost 2 years ago when a different salon proceeded with my lip filler, the pain was excruciating for many weeks after, bruised and would bleed randomly. Obviously I couldn’t face having my lips done for a very long time, as it scared me off. But….Anna was lovely, professional and after telling her my nerves, she immediately knew what to do, I had something I didn’t even know was a thing, cannul…

First facial  Express Microdermabrasion on what to expect and results were clear ann was very helpful on what i need to use on me face would be again for another one

Had my first visit to the salon today for my first microdermabrasion with Anna. And all I can say is, WOW. My skin looks and feels so much healthier and smoother and blackhead free. Anna was lovely and gave me great skin advice and insight about my skin type. She also gave me a chemical peel on my nose for my blackheads and scraped off the peach fuzz on my face that i was insecure about! Amazing experience and amazing facial and I cannot wait for my next microdermabrasion with Anna next month!

Lovely atmosphere and very friendly beautician who put me at ease right away. Even after one brow tidy up etc they looked so much better . I had been recommended The Brow lounge by my daughter and I am so pleased that I took her advice. Thank you Brow lounge…I know my brows will be in capable hands and soon they will be looking as they should be! I also had a lip wax which was good too!

First time getting a lip flip and Anna made sure I felt comfortable! I was a bit nervous since I’ve never had anything like this before so was nervous about the pain. Anna reassured me that it’s not too bad and gave me a little squishy to take my mind off the procedure. Anna is super professional as always! I’ve had my lashes and eyebrows done here before and all the girls are lovely! I’ll always recommend this place!

I called in at the bow lounge after my normal brow waxing place in Superdrug had closed. I managed to get an immediate appointment and within 10 miniutes I was in and out. The results were perfect and the girls were both friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.
