Awesome treatment with Gillian. Thank you so v v much ❤️❤️ You literally have "magic hands" 🤩🥰 I suffer with Fibromyalgia, which is very painful plus the equally very painful jaw condition TMJ disorder aka TMD. I get almost daily migraines & have constant pain all over, particularly in my jaw, temples, face, neck & shoulders. Many people with Fibromyalgia are unable to cope with massage. But I can't recommend Gillian highly enough. My migraines, neck & jaw pain disappear between treatments. She has such an extensive knowledge of the body & conditions like Fibro & TMD. I get so much relief x

Absolutely love my treatments in Body and Soul. All the girls are great. Although I normally go to Nicole who makes my waxing treatment extremely easy. Salon looks fab. :)

Gillian, thank you so v v much for my awesome facial & treatments today 🤩 😍You're a total star & I feel so much better after I've been to Balanced Boutique. I've lots of skin probs due to menopause And on top, I've v v sensitive skin. My face feels smooth, well hydrated & is glowing. And you look after my physical & mental wellbeing 💖💝 My sinuses are clear & it's the 1st day I haven't needed strong medication for a migraine. If that wasn't enough, in 1 treatment, you've relieved the pain in my R shoulder, which a physio told me would take at least 12wks! I can't thank you enough 🥰❤️

Had an appointment with the awesome Gillian for a hydrating facial. The Balanced Boutique is such a friendly, beautiful & calming place. This was my 1st facial with Gillian & it was brilliant. It was sooo relaxing & the results were amazing. I suffer with facial flushing & v v sensitive skin. Gillian discussed this all with me. My face looked so much better & had a lovely glow, yet no sign of flushing. My face has never looked so good & I wish I coud afford to go every week. I looked very refreshed & the years were turned back. Thank you so much Gillian, you have magic hands 💖 Will be back x

Really pleased with my brows, waxing and tint. Rhianna was careful to map out the brows and checked I liked the shape before waxing and tinting. Skin test carried out day before. A professional service .
