I had one of the most relaxing massages with Laura. From the moment I walked in, the ambience of the room set the tone for a truly calming experience. Laura’s gentle, caring approach and the way she checked in throughout made me feel completely at ease. Every knot was worked out with care and attention. 10/10 massage from Sophie today, she really knows her stuff! During a pre-assessment, Sophie identified several areas that needed attention and established a course of treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and even suggested some exercises to target my weaker muscles. Sophie was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was able to release tension in areas I didn't even realise were tense. I left feeling extremely relaxed, pain-free, and satisfied with my treatment! Will definitely be back soon.

I received the most relaxing reflexology treatment last night, I have been dealing with a knee injury for the last 16 weeks and last night was the first time my body has properly relaxed in that time, I felt cared for and in professional hands, the utmost patience was given to me with having to try different pillows to get comfortable, I drifted off several times during the hour, thank you so much.
