overall, it great service and experience. I wasn't completely happy with the curl lift on my lashes as they are very long and also with the brow waxing underneith, it wasnt left straight on one of them. this is just my experience and me being nit-picky.

Pancy is the best I had a wonderful experience the past two times I’ve gotten my waxing there with smooth results. Defiantly worth the money.
