Rupal was friendly gentle and kind. She was able to enhance my eye brows natural features and knew exactly what she was doing to compliment my face. The hand cream with massage was a lovely touch while we waited for my tint to set. It’s always scary going to a new eyebrow person, but I am so happy with the result and can’t wait to come back already, Thankyou !

Fantastic! Innes was great, particularly with checking in after the sensitive eye area and explained why we get the worst bit over with! She tailored the treatment to best deal with a surgical scar on my face and I love that!

My waxing appointment was pleasant. I booked an appointment with Naini, and only found out on arriving that I would be seen by another therapist. I value sound communication, and would have preferred to have been informed of a change of therapist before my appointment.

I see Roupal once a month for full face threading, brow shape and tint. It's the perfect reset and with her guidance on skin care I have seen such an improvement over the last year or so that I have been seeing her. I have had my lashes done by a number of people, not good! So I had a break until a friend recommended Caitlin. I won’’t go to anyone else now. She is an artist when it comes to creating the perfect lashes for your face. She’s also a joy to be around when you’re having to lie down with your eyes closed. I cant recommend this young woman highly enough.

At first glance it seems a simple procedure that I was having done. Brow shape and tint and face threading. But it makes such a difference to your skin tone, how you look, etc. It seems to brighten your face and provide a smoother canvas for make up, if that's your thing. All down the skill and expertise of Roupal. Once a month and very cost effective. Incredible.

Always lovely to see Roupal. We have been charting the progress with my hyperpigmentation and the improvement is remarkable. She uses Australian plant based products and I now exclusively use these. Skin care without harshness. My only regret is that I didn't find Roupal earlier in my skin care journey!
