If you’re in Miami you’re lucky to have this place in your neighborhood. The owner Lala is the sweetest and she is so helpful if you don’t know the area. I had a pedicure and it was the best ever, my feet felt so soft and clean for days after. Definitely a 5 star salon!

The massage that was long overdue for me! Spa 101, located within the Hilton Bentley Miami Beach transports you to a whole different place as soon as you walk in. My massage therapist was Lyschel and she was amazing. Just the right amount of pressure applied throughout the massage and I literally felt all of the tension and stress disappear. Fair warning, you will feel so relaxed within the first ten minutes that you will find yourself drifting off to sleep lol. And the complimentary glass of champagne at the end was an excellent finish to the session! I will return again on my next vacation!!

I had the best experience! Facials can be painful, specially when you have a lot of acne like I do. But Marodie was very gentle and that massage towards the end was very needed, it was everything. follow up review on sculp & fit by seidy! after several visits, i’ve seen great improvement on my skin through seidy’s facials. i can’t recommend her enough. i’ve had facials done in other businesses and by far, this is where the difference is most noticeable and worth paying for. plus, consistency is key. perk of going to her, all her products are not only high quality but they smell divine! ty seidy, till next time!
