Just had my third detox package with Gemma and booked for my fourth. The package is everything you could possibly want / need and I always come out feeling amazing. Treated my mum to a back, neck and shoulder massage with a facial too for her birthday, she absolutely loved it. The venue itself is so beautiful and rustic, the interior is very cosy and welcoming. Holly was lovely and my mum didn’t want it to end. The shop had some great gifts which we bought. Will definitely be returning and telling our friends and family about the Loft.

Just come back from my first visit with Heather, I’m so relaxed I feel I could sleep for a week! Heather was so welcoming and friendly. We did a full skin analysis and discussed the best skin care for me. Heather was very knowledgeable and it was evident the passion she holds for her job and her clients.
