I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. Paris is absolutely amazing I have been so poorly with my whole body since my first lymphatic massage I have felt so much better and today I got a full body 1 which was incredible I had 4 in turkey 2 weeks ago and must say Paris is superior thanks again your amazing at what you do and so genuine and lovely xxx

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision. Trust me when I say you need to come to Nicola for a massage! You won’t regret it. She truly is the sanctuary in the city. Thank you! 💗

1st time at Wellness Therapies and won't be the last. As a therapist myself it's hard to find the time to treat yourself to some therapy time, today was me time though for a change. Donna was so lovely and the massage was fantastic, I never seem to relax but I definitely did today...fell asleep at one point. She found a few niggles in my left shoulder after a stressful time lately and really worked her magic. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been to Samantha for waxing, facials and massages on separate occasions now. She is utterly brilliant. She is happy to chat or go with a quiet session if you prefer, so easy to talk to and is somebody you’d always want to go back to. She has some good seasonal deals on throughout the year which is great too! I can’t fault anything and definitely would recommend her to others :)

Makes you feel comfortable. Tells you what she’s going to do beforehand. Clean & tidy. Can’t fault the summer facial, dermaplaning and the microbrasion at all. Fab!! Defiantly be back for more treatments!
