I had an amazing experience today at Pamper Valley with Shannon Lee and Lina for my massage and facial. From start to finish, they were professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to educate me on how to better care for my body and skin, sharing helpful tips and even personal experiences, which I truly appreciated. As a teacher, my body carries a lot of tension, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better physically and mentally. My skin felt great too! Thank you both for such a wonderful experience — I will definitely be coming back.

I visited Pamper Valley today for the Empress Ritual Facial with Lina, and it was such a lovely experience. The spa itself is calm, clean, and beautifully designed, which immediately puts you in a relaxed state. Lina was incredibly gentle, attentive, and took the time to understand my skin before starting. The facial felt very thoughtful and luxurious, not rushed at all. I could feel the tension melting away during the massage, and my skin looked noticeably brighter and refreshed right after. I left feeling relaxed, pampered, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

I had such a relaxing and purifying experience at Ritual. It was a perfect self-care morning; sauna with red light therapy and a brazilian lymphatic drainage massage. I left feeling and looking so much lighter and happier overall. A tired new mom with a 4-month old, this was exactly what I needed to kickstart my postpartum healing and feeling better about myself and my body! One of the best massages and facials I have ever had (and I’ve had a few!!). Full body deep tissue massage by Lewis/Louis and facial by Mai. I only wish I lived in Toronto or Pamper Valley opens a branch in the UK!

Gerwin gave me the absolute BEST massage I’ve ever had. I got the 80 minute relaxation/hot stone reflexology combo and it was BLISS. I hope to try the lymphatic face massage next, as I’ve heard it was amazing as well. This may just be the one stop shop for my self care. I always leave feeling balanced and relaxed. They’re such a breath of fresh air!!! 💜

The facial was a treat for my skin – the esthetician used soothing techniques which left my face feeling soft, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The added arm and neck massage was an unexpected but much-appreciated bonus. It was the perfect way to melt away any tension in my upper body, enhancing the overall sense of relaxation. I had a facial with Nikki. It was so nice! It felt really good to be looked after, and I felt so fresh afterwards. She even gave me a little hand massage which was so lovely after being on my laptop all the time. The products were great -- I'm sensitive to chemical smells and didn't have any reaction to these, I could tell that they were really clean and the scents were subtle and relaxing. Nikki was super lovely to chat with, and the space is beautiful. Will definitely be back!
