nina was amazing! super understanding about my late arrival due to transport issues, she settled me in quickly. impressed me with how she checked in & made me feel at ease, esp after bad experiences elsewhere. calming music & ambiance were perfect after a hectic morning. massage was incredible, nina worked out all the tension! definitely coming back, highly recommend her! 🤩 p.s. think she deserves a raise!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

It was good thanks, I did ask Annabelle to put more focus on my feet because I had so much tension and my feet but she didn't. Perhaps she didn't hear me. Also, when she did do the foot massage she didn't massage the top of my feet, she focused on the soles and rest of my feet.Overall I had a good massage.My wife enjoyed Megans massage thoroughly and would like her again the next time she decides to come back.

1 of the best massages I ever had by Nombeko 🙏🏼. I was a bit worried about the noise of cars with the road in front but I had a massage in 1 of the rooms in the back so didn't hear a thing. Sascha was at the reception and made me feel so welcome. 100% sure I will be back soon!

My experience with Your clinic and with Yvette was wonderful. The massage wasn’t what I had expected. My previous lymphatic drainage massages were much deeper. I will be sure to book a different treatment next time but I will most certainly be back! Thank you!!
