I really enjoyed my experience at Harmony Hands. It was my first ever hot stone massage and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. After treatment, I have noticed a remarkable "ease" to the previous pain I felt in my back and shoulders. I will certainly return to Fiona at Harmony Hands for more of the same. I can't speak highly enough about my experience.

Fiona is really great at what she does, really knowledgeable and attentive. I told her I’d got slight pain in my lower back and you focused on the areas I’d been having trouble with. Great experience, will definitely be booking a massage with Fiona again!

Had a really lovely massage and facial today with Naomi. Had some really tight knots in my shoulders and back that were giving me headaches and Naomi has really sorted it for me. Facial and head massage to finish, ( best scalp massage ever had) feel completely rejuvenated. Would highly recommend Nakham Therapy.

First time at Harmony Hands and will definitely be back! Fiona was lovely explained everything clearly. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with firm pressure. Fiona soon got to work on all the knots and tense areas and after 45 mins I felt amazing. Experience would also be great as a treat for someone special.

From beginning to end, my experience at Nakham was exceptional! As a fellow Christian, the thought that instantly came to mind when I stepped into the studio was “this is Holy ground”! The shoes had to come off! The whole experience was a taste of Heaven on Earth. Sharnnie is incredible at what she does. She has truly made a huge difference in my mental health recovery. She is kind, calm and understanding and makes you feel comfortable. She is very accommodating to my little requests: wearing my eye mask so I can relax, putting my heated and weighted blanket on me, putting my pillow behind my head, playing storm sounds on her iPad. I am not someone who is confident to ask for adjustments but Sharnnie makes me feel safe to. I would recommend her to anyone. 🩷
