Emma is the best masseuse in Sunderland. I’ve tried a lot of different places and always go back to Dream Therapy. Emma knows exactly what she is doing and always finds my aches and pains. I would highly recommend.

I had a lovely Rose Quartz body massage followed by a Reflexolgy treatment today by Emma. A full consultation meant Emma could assess my needs and the massage was spot on. The tension I was holding in my back and shoulders soon melted away. The Reflexology treatment revealed alot of issues going on! But again a very relaxing experience. The aftercare advice was thorough too.

I visited Sophie a few days ago whilst experiencing pain and stiffness within my hip flexors which was restricting my movement and becoming unbearable. Sophie worked her magic and released the tension enabling me to function again. I've also seen Livi with this issue and always have a fantastic outcome. Excellent service, beautifully clean clinic and incredibally skilled professionals, highly recommended.

Over the course of I think 6 sessions I cannot recommend highly enough. Not only have my aches and pains faded, I feel so much more positive, energetic, less brain fog, sleeping better.. It’s been a win win! 🌟 Not only do I get time to myself to totally relax in a calm, cosy environment - Lisa is the very best at helping putting things into perspective - as well as her amazing therapy, she is a very beautiful soul. Had an appointment with Lucy today as iv been having problems with my lower back and shoulders, iv never been to Lucy previously i found this lady to be very friendly caring great knowledge given to me of my problem. When my treatment ended i was able to stretch and turn which i couldnt do previously this is not the last lucy will see of me as im just about to book in again on checking my diary i have a new name for Lucy "Magic hands" as thats what they are the heat from them was wonderful whilst having a "Top to toe massarge" not forgetting Sophie who advised me the best course of treatment.

I came in for a back massage - right shoulder really painful from the gym. Left feeling so much better! More movement and less pain - very relaxing and enjoyable experience and excellent value for money

Nurse recommended I have a back massage due to pain and tightness in my back. Great strong massage. Targeted the pain area, feeling much better.

Ammie is an amazing colourist! She totally saved and transformed my daughter’s hair with a beautiful ballyage, bringing it back to her original colour but even better than before, after the damage from box dyes. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
