Sophie is an intuitive massage therapist in my opinion. My massage was focused on my upper back, shoulders and neck, following a spasm. I experienced immediate relief following her massage and continue to feel the benefits. Superb experience in a beautiful setting. Sophie is calm, confident and an expert masseuse. I come to posture and poise for a sports massage because I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders. Kate is strong and always manages to attend to the knots I'm my back with care & good humour (the tension in my shoulders can be really tough!). I always leave feeling much lighter, at ease and smile on my face after pottering around their lovely shop which has a great vibe. Thanks guys!

Amazing Indian Head massage today from Posture & Poise. I always state on my consultation form I have issues with my neck, but it normally gets ignored. Not here. She listened to my concerns and gave me an excellent massage to help. I will be back.

I booked in with Kate for the Lymphatic drainage massage after recently having surgery and today was my first visit and overall extremely happy. Kate was lovely and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns about my recovery. The massage itself was pure bliss! I will be going back in a few days and plan more sessions to help with recovery but will continue to go for regular massages as the studio is lovely and cosy and not too far from me.
