Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. Amazing massage again today - Nicola is really helping with my constant back problems caused by my posture at work. I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. I went for a back, neck and head massage. Adele is great, really friendly and puts you at ease. She really works the areas that need the pressure but the whole experience leaves you relaxed and stress free.

Cove Holistics really is a hidden gem. What Adele has created is a truly special place. As soon as I walked through the door, I stepped into a calm and peaceful space and instantly felt relaxed. I started with 25 minutes in the infrared sauna, which really is an added bonus before my two-hour full body massage. It was just the relaxation I needed. Adele is amazing. I will definitely be going back.

Amazing solo sauna, so cosy and calming and honestly, I felt amazing for the rest of the day! I will be back! X
