Excellent trigger point and hot stone massage with Rasa. I came to the appointment with a lot of tension across my whole back, as well as lower back pain and she did a fantastic job of relaxing the muscles. Less than an hour later and they already feel so much better. Very attentive therapist, checking in regularly on comfort levels. Would definitely recommend!

Made to feel very welcome and at ease. I then had back, shoulder and neck massage which was fantastic just the right amount of pressure, I had this combined with a facial and Indian head massage OMG this was so relaxing the whole experience was amazing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The space was super calming and cozy, and the whole vibe made it easy to relax right away. My massage therapist was really friendly and checked in a few times to make sure the pressure was just right. I left feeling totally relaxed and way less tense. If you're looking for a good massage and some serious chill time, I definitely recommend this place. I’ll for sure be back!

Rasa is BRILLIANT 🌟 I've had problems with my Back for over 20yrs through too much Golf, Horse riding & skiing accidents !! I've seen numerous professionals (Chiropractor's & Physio's) over the years and some have been good and some not so good but what I like about Rasa is she finds pressure points & knots with her deep massages which i find really help. I have prolapsed discs and the muscles tend to cramp up protecting the discs so its a relief visiting Rasa. She is also very professional, tidy, hygienic and also understanding & kind. Definitely recommend you pay her a visit as guarantee.

I’ve now been to multiple appointments at A&K’s clinic and after experiencing severe back pain for a long period of time and seeking help from many people/businesses, including the NHS, and getting nowhere, I can now confidently say I’m well on my way to getting it sorted. I always feel a warm welcome going to my appointments and leave feeling amazing! The services they offer far expand massages and they offer an extensive amount of different services. I highly recommend A&K to anyone looking for services they offer at a very high level of expertise with even more reasonable costs!

That was honestly the most effective deep tissue massage I have ever had and I’ve had a lot over the years. I get a knot in my right shoulder because I’m a podiatrist and stress makes it worst, I was in agony this week and it was even to a point it was burning even when I was at rest. Rasa was very knowledgeable and found every single pressure point, even ones I didn’t realise and I could feel my shoulder being able to move more and made it instantly less painful. I’m so grateful for her wonderful skills and I will be back for sure! : ) thank you so so much Rasa for making my pain melt away x
