First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Had my first bikini line wax with Carra today, left my nerves at the door and my brave face was on. Carra is amazing, I felt relaxed the whole time, tiny bit of pain but I'm sure I will get used to when I go back time and time again. First deep tissue massage with Jess and she was very professional and kind, she got a good history before the massage. During it she was very skilled and really focused on tension points and release them. I will definitely be back

I had four treatments with James today, and I’m really happy with all of them. The service is professional, everything is clearly explained, and the results have been fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering treatments. And I will be back soon for sure!

Me and G had a fantastic time. His only request for Christmas was a 'spa day'. This was his first salon experience and he loved every minute, the staff were so lovely, kind and inclusive and took their time to listen to what he wanted and to make conversation with him. He came out absolutely beaming and says he wants to go back for his birthday too! I was also treated wonderfully and could relax for my treatments knowing G was being cared for wonderfully. I would definitely recommend to any parents with Sen children who would like a treat! 😁
