I was honestly quite anxious going in because my hair had previously been cut far too short, but Tereze was wonderful from the very beginning. She took so much time to really listen to what I was worried about and what I hoped for. Throughout the whole cut she checked in at every step, making sure I felt comfortable and happy with what she was doing. I left feeling so relieved and genuinely thrilled with the result. Tereze is not only incredibly skilled but also so thoughtful and attentive. If you’re nervous about a haircut or trying to grow your hair back out, you will be in very good hands

Fab massage, felt really comfortable and at ease with Martyna. I now feel like she’s released a lot of tension from my back in particular! Thank you. The room was warm and she’d prepared for that with a fan. The room could use a scented candle or a fragrance of some kind just to add to the sensory experience. I’ve already booked my next visit.

It was my very first time getting lash extensions, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was pretty nervous at first, but she was so kind and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She took her time to explain everything, was super gentle, and made sure I was happy with the look. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful — natural, full, and exactly what I wanted! She was also really accommodating with scheduling, which I really appreciated. So pleased with my session, Luan treated my neck and shoulder tension & knots which had been accruing for quite some time. She was incredibly informative, and made me feel completely at ease.
