He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I was honestly quite anxious going in because my hair had previously been cut far too short, but Tereze was wonderful from the very beginning. She took so much time to really listen to what I was worried about and what I hoped for. Throughout the whole cut she checked in at every step, making sure I felt comfortable and happy with what she was doing. I left feeling so relieved and genuinely thrilled with the result. Tereze is not only incredibly skilled but also so thoughtful and attentive. If you’re nervous about a haircut or trying to grow your hair back out, you will be in very good hands
