I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

Best nails in Norwich. Russian manicure has left my hands looking neat and polished. Knowledgable, friendly and the room is private and relaxing

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Miriam did a wonderful back massage for me with a lovely warm back scrub too. Love the calming atmosphere and how Miriam is so friendly yet still professional. I can highly recommend Miriam. I am not keen on the booking system and having to leave bank details etc. Otherwise all brilliant!

Norwich is blessed to have Phoebe; completely focused and attentive throughout, applying just the right amount of pressure and adjusting instinctively to what my body needed. I felt listened to, cared for, and genuinely relaxed by the end. Highly recommended.

Sabrina did my permanant eyebrows..she is lovely from start to finish she always checked i was ok.. if i was happy and that i had a drink i felt super comfortable this really is a hidden gem already had my hair done and im sure ill be back for more i can see this being a new addiction of mine! Everyone is super friendly i felt as comfortable as being at home..thankyou see u soon!

Lovely massage and first ever brow tint! Lana is so nice, puts you at ease and really listens to what you want. Great location in the heart of Norwich too.

Wonderful experience. Lisa is a calm and thorough therapist who is brilliant at what she does. The rooms are spotlessly clean and a lovely sanctuary in the middle of Norwich.

Very relaxing full body massage, removed a lot of built up tension and stress from the body over 1 hour.

I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. My skin feels amazing and I left feeling really looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Chris!
