My first visit was a Great experience such a very lovely salon with a very relaxed atmosphere. I was offered a drink as soon as I arrived and was made to feel very welcome. My treatment was for Gel Nails and I am very pleased with how Tilly cared for them and me. I will be back in 2/3 weeks.

I love sue! I’ve had colonics in northampton before but nothing like this one. So relaxing. Calming. She’s so easy to talk to. No rushing. It’s spotless in the room and her energy is amazing! highly recommend ❤️❤️

Time at Applewood Therapy is time well spent. It’s amazing how an hour under the hands of such an expert at her craft can reset your whole month. It’s time to put life’s events into perspective and file away all the niggles that you realise don’t actually matter. I feel so relaxed and reenergised when I leave, it’s made my whole life outside of the therapy room feel easier to manage. My tension has evaporated, my skin feels amazing, I smell wonderful and I’ve had the space to remember how to fully breathe. She’s a worker of miracles!

As always I really enjoyed seeing Leah for a massage treatment. Today I had a shoulder, neck and back massage. Leah acknowledged and was understanding of my slight back issues and communicated throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Her treatment room, again, smelt and sounded beautiful and instantly induced a calm feeling. I would highly recommend going to see Leah!! 😊

I had something different done this month. Normally, I avoid anything that even hints at pain! Today, I bit the bullet to sort out my frown. It hurt. But the pain when you stub your toe, is worse and lasts longer!! It hurt for maybe 3 seconds!! All thanks to Hayley and her professionalism and efficiency. Thanks also for going through everything beforehand including directions (through what. three. words). The app guides you to the correct entrance so use it people!! 😉

My first pregnancy massage at almost 32 weeks and I really did need it. Bobbie was so kind and thoughtful ensuring I was comfortable throughout with my position, the temperature of the room etc. The massage was incredible I did not want it to end and it’s really helped with the parts that are so painful for me at the moment. I had recently visited Ricky for a Reiki cleanse and massage. I had never had one of these before so was a bit skeptical. However, during the massage I was kept at ease by Ricky and even during the reiki treatment I felt de-stressed and relaxed during and after the treatment. I had felt tender around my lower back and glutes, however today I feel more flexible, pain free and my neck & shoulders feel lighter. Ricky was easy to talk to and gave a friendly and professional experience. I would definitely book in soon! A local resident who acquired Reiki 🙏🏻

I have suffered with a posture problem since having open heart surgery. I have an issue with tension in my neck and shoulders Danielle and Jade have been brilliant in dealing with this for me and helping to ease the constant aches and pains I would highly recommend
