Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

Been to polished a few times now after finding them on google both ladies are lovely and friendly will be definitely going back as long as they’ll have me ☺️

Liv listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment accordingly. I felt very relaxed throughout and my skin had a lovely glow afterwards and since. Will be back and recommend Liv 100%!

This was my first appointment with Sue and I will definitely be back! Sue was welcoming, friendly and my massage was absolutely brilliant.

Sooooo relaxing & Swedish massage but tailored to target specific muscles that I've had a lot of tightness & tension in. Scalp & facial massage to finish was exceptional

Absolutely amazing! Asked if I had any particular problem areas and I said my lower back and really concentrated on that area felt refreshed and relaxed will definitely go again :)

Came for a massage and brows shape and tint and left feeling relaxed as never before. Amazing experience, will definitely come back for more! Monika is super professional and also very friendly. I would give 10 stars but unfortunately can only give 5!

Just had an incredible male facial and I’m honestly blown away by the results. From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. The atmosphere was calm and clean, and Monika made me feel completely at ease—no awkwardness at all, just genuine care and attention. I left with my skin feeling smoother, looking clearer, and honestly just feeling more confident. Highly recommend this to any guy who’s been on the fence about getting a facial—it’s 100% worth it. I had an amazing experience at the Beautiful Swan, Monika was so nice, made me feel so comfortable, my facial massage was excellent and so relaxing, I was so relaxed I fell asleep briefly haha, I also found out she offers so many different options /treatments, and she also offers gift certificates, I will definitely be back and purchase certificates for birthday gifts, etc. A++ Rating
