The head spa was THE most relaxing experience-best treatment I’ve ever had. The massage was spot on, all the head spa treatments felt so nice. It felt like I was there for ages, everything smelt amazing and the room was perfect, heated bed and quilt, background music and calm lighting, I left feeling so chilled, I will most definitely be returning! Samantha was great, very professional and very good at what she does, the whole treatment was amazing, and I felt so comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I was gifted a voucher from friends to use at Phoenix Beauty which I used today towards a massage and facial. Both treatments were great and the pamper I was after, thank you Poppy! Staff were also really helpful with arranging the appointment, I had misplaced my voucher however staff very kindly looked this up for me on their system and honoured the voucher even though I was a month or so past the expiry which I really appreciated! Another excellent eyebrow wax, this time with Elise. She was lovely, so friendly and took extra care as I have sensitive skin. Forgot to review last time I was in, was seen by Belle. What a lovely salon well equipped and lots of options for all your beauty needs. Had eyebrows waxed but have also had a massage and seen 4 of the team. Nice to know that you can see different people and get the same great results. Great place, great girls, easy to book and very reasonable prices. So pleased I found you. ❤️

My treatment was a Mothers Day treat from my daughter. The massages was excellent but the facial was the best I have had. So much time and effort was put into it. Worth every penny and the whole experience was truly remarkable and look forward too my next one. Skin looked good and people re remarked on how good my face looked .
