I had a back and shoulder massage today. It was so relaxing and I really enjoyed it. Nice break from all the rushing around this time of year.

I recently visited Chill Well-Being for the first time, and it definitely won’t be my last! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and cosy—exactly what I needed for a well-deserved pamper day. I had my first micro needling treatment with Isabel today. Isabel informed me of every step in the treatment, and what to expect post treatment. She came well equipped with the knowledge of the science behind the treatments she was offering, which allowed me to have the confidence in her to ensure I was in the best hands.
