This was my first visit and I had a pedicure and back and head massage with Emma. It was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Chill. The surroundings are beautiful and the service was very professional and friendly. I loved my treatments and will definitely be back.

Megan is an amazing, attentive practitioner and very thorough, I can’t recommend her enough. I felt very cared for and reassured and my Botox results have been absolutely amazing! Her cabin is also very relaxing and a great setting for treatments. I will most definitely be back!

I was gifted a voucher from friends to use at Phoenix Beauty which I used today towards a massage and facial. Both treatments were great and the pamper I was after, thank you Poppy! Staff were also really helpful with arranging the appointment, I had misplaced my voucher however staff very kindly looked this up for me on their system and honoured the voucher even though I was a month or so past the expiry which I really appreciated!
