I had terrible back and neck pain and came across Thai Lana Inn and Spa and booked in for a neck back and shoulder massage for an hour which was a combination of Swedish and Thai massage - it was extremely relaxing and afterwards even my hip pain was gone! I will definitely be booking up again and have recommended it to my friends.

Nikki is the absolute best. She’s so kind, always makes me feel comfortable & relaxed, and is so knowledgeable about what she does. I’ve seen her for 1yr for regular massages to help with chronic pain, inflammation & tension, and now I have to leave her as I relocate. I’m gutted!! But I hope this review convinces someone to take my place! She’s a total gem!

OMG , the best massage I have ever had. Totally different experience to the usual massage. My whole body was so tense with all the stress I have been having and having a trapped nerve in my upper back / shoulder. . I felt a lot looser after it. I think I will be having these massages at least every 4-6 weeks. Nicky was fantastic. Thank you so much.

Shriya was welcoming and chatty and gave thorough, deep tissue bamboo back massage. I feel more relaxed and 'unknotted' and there is definitely less discomfort. I could have been a little bit warmer, Shriya, but thank you!!

This is my 2nd visit in 2 weeks! And I will definitely be booking up for monthly massages... I've had deep tissue massages (1hr) and they've completely sorted my glute/lower back tightness and upper back/shoulder blade issues... highly recommended. Don't be put off by the venue itself... it isn't a 5* spa vibe but the massages are EXCELLENT.

Rachel is a lovely therapist that really put me at ease & enabled me to thoroughly relax through my treatments. I definitely drifted off to sleep! 😂 The facial was the nicest I’ve ever had & the products she used smelled lush. The head & back massage were fab & I left feeling new. Niki has changed my life, this is no exaggeration! I suffer with osteo and inflammatory arthritis also issues with neck and shoulders. I’ve been going to Nikki for over a year now and after my massage I feel such a sense of relief, from pain and tension. My upper body movement is easier and pain free. The sense of wellbeing in mind and body is incredible. Nikki is warm and welcoming, she listens and gets to know you so that her treatments are tailored for each individual.
