Nikki has worked with me to ease the stress, tension & pain in my neck & shoulders. It was dragging me down, it was depressing and the thought that it would likely get worse was very worrying. I felt quite scared. We are now at a point where I’m feeling the benefit of the treatment and it feels wonderful. Her knowledge, commitment and kindness towards me has enabled me to start to enjoy things again that I was finding difficult, simple things like driving, going to a football match, picking up my grandchildren etc, I am so grateful to her and very glad that I found her.

Luna Rose is officially the best place to visit in Loughborough for a pamper session! I had a top to toe massage that truly melted me, made my body feel fantastic and helped ease the pain and aches I’d been having. This treatment gave me the deep relaxation I desperately needed after the turbulence of this year so far. Rachel as always was the perfect host, in her beautiful, warm, comfortable salon and she was also fully CV19 secure; which gave me peace of mind that I was safe. I had terrible back and neck pain and came across Thai Lana Inn and Spa and booked in for a neck back and shoulder massage for an hour which was a combination of Swedish and Thai massage - it was extremely relaxing and afterwards even my hip pain was gone! I will definitely be booking up again and have recommended it to my friends.

I love this salon. Claire is so friendly and knowledgeable. Easily the best beauty salon in Loughborough!

Love my nails, I’ve been twice now to have them done and will continue to go back. Lauren is a lovely young lady, very professional and relaxed set up, offers lots of different beauty treatments as well as full body massage etc. I would highly recommend her and give her 10/10 Thank you Lauren!!

Nikki is the absolute best. She’s so kind, always makes me feel comfortable & relaxed, and is so knowledgeable about what she does. I’ve seen her for 1yr for regular massages to help with chronic pain, inflammation & tension, and now I have to leave her as I relocate. I’m gutted!! But I hope this review convinces someone to take my place! She’s a total gem!

OMG , the best massage I have ever had. Totally different experience to the usual massage. My whole body was so tense with all the stress I have been having and having a trapped nerve in my upper back / shoulder. . I felt a lot looser after it. I think I will be having these massages at least every 4-6 weeks. Nicky was fantastic. Thank you so much.

This is my 2nd visit in 2 weeks! And I will definitely be booking up for monthly massages... I've had deep tissue massages (1hr) and they've completely sorted my glute/lower back tightness and upper back/shoulder blade issues... highly recommended. Don't be put off by the venue itself... it isn't a 5* spa vibe but the massages are EXCELLENT.

Niki has changed my life, this is no exaggeration! I suffer with osteo and inflammatory arthritis also issues with neck and shoulders. I’ve been going to Nikki for over a year now and after my massage I feel such a sense of relief, from pain and tension. My upper body movement is easier and pain free. The sense of wellbeing in mind and body is incredible. Nikki is warm and welcoming, she listens and gets to know you so that her treatments are tailored for each individual.
