The Swedish massage is devine. Both times I had were so relaxing and Indy was focused on my problematic area particularly and after each massage, I felt so much better. Definitely this spa is my favourite place in South London.

The massage was amazing! I came in with really severe neck, shoulder, and back pain—I could barely move my head. After the massage, the pain was completely gone. The relief was immediate and honestly such a huge difference. She’s so skilled and professional. She focused on all the right areas and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or tension—you’ll be in very good hands.

I've suffered with painful tension headaches for many years. Since my first Buccal massages/facial with Didi, I have not had any headaches! Going from 2-3 painful headaches a week for years, to being painfree for the past 8 weeks is incredible. I see Didi 2-3 times a month and look forward to every session. What an amazing experience! My idea of a perfect Friday evening to start to weekend right! I’ve never been to a head spa before and now I’m already thinking about going back. Genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had! I didn’t even realise but I had SO much tension in my jaw and I honestly walked out feeling as light as a feather! Didi was SO lovely, the most calm energy and so warm and open, at one point during the jaw massage I felt my whole body release and I honestly walked out floating! 10/10 can’t recommend enough I will be gifting this to all my friends and family it was amazing - thank you Didi 💛

Michael has been excellent over the last ten weeks providing excellent massages in preparation for London Marathon, has sorted out any niggles or pain very quickly. Highly recommended and will use him for many years to come, a 10/10 service.

Didi has created such a warm cocoon of a treatment room in which to receive an incredible facial experience. Her hands find tension and manage to soften, soothe and relax the fascia, muscles and nervous system. Smells from her potions and lotions delight the senses and she truly does magic. I’ve been seeing Niamh for regular massages for almost a year now, and the difference it has made in my life is incredible. The chronic shoulder pain I used to suffer from has nearly disappeared. While the knots in my shoulders haven’t completely gone, I no longer feel the same level of tension I once did. I always feel like I’m floating on a cloud when I leave — completely relaxed and recharged. Niamh clearly cares deeply about her work and the services she offers, and that passion really shines through in every session. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Mike took an very late booking. Which was kind of him as i was in so much pain with my lower part of my back. Within the hour i was there, he managed to get me walking with absolute ease, and loosened the muscles around that area. I walked out of there in with no pain, also with a list of things to do to prevent it from happening again. Absolutely lovely guy, and also listens to you closely so he can determine what the best course of action to take to deal with the issue in hand. Would i recommend… 100% I would. 5* service.
