I had a whole head of highlights done by Karan. He took his time and made sure the back was done throughly . Colour is beautiful. I’m very pleased with the result. I also had a cut and this was very good too as he did exactly what I asked and didn’t touch my fringe.

I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

I’ve been visiting this salon regularly, and every experience has been amazing! 💆‍♀️✨ About a month ago, I got my manicure and pedicure, and they were done so beautifully my hands and feet felt so pampered and clean. Two weeks ago, I went back for a haircut, and I absolutely loved the result stylish, soft, and exactly how I wanted it the best part was I was suggest to do a cut that actually suits my hair and I loved it💇‍♀️ Today, I treated myself to a deep conditioning hair spa, and my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. And also face wax was done with relaxing face massage

I had the most incredible facial and massage experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up for relaxation. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. I could immediately see and feel the difference. Every product felt luxurious and gentle, and the attention to detail was amazing. The massage was equally outstanding. The pressure was perfect, and all the tension I’d been carrying in my shoulders and back completely melted away. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely rejuvenated.

Carole came to my rescue when I hurt my back. She fitted me in last minute and worked miracles. I went in with my body completely wonky and so much pain, came out with almost normal posture and so much less pain! Wish we’d had before and after photos. Thank you so much Carole.

I had a very positive experience with Patrycja at Maallish. I arrived with significant pain, and after a sports massage and cupping treatment, I felt immediate relief and improvement. She showed excellent professionalism, strong technical skills, and great care throughout the session, making me feel comfortable and confident. The cupping therapy was especially effective in reducing muscle tension. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality sports therapy. I will definitely continue my treatment with her.

I went for a massage with Patrycja due to really bad back pain, and she worked through it incredibly well. Her technique was excellent, and you could truly feel the passion and skill in her hands. It’s so refreshing to go somewhere where they genuinely know exactly what they’re doing. Maalish has perfected the art of massage – from the warm bed to the relaxing music, everything was spot on. And coming from a well-trained massage therapist myself, I can confidently say this was exceptional.

I went in with ongoing sciatica pain that had been affecting my daily movement, and Maria, the sports therapist, made a noticeable difference. She took the time to understand where my pain was coming from and adjusted the pressure and techniques accordingly throughout the session. After the treatment, my lower back and leg felt much looser, and the nerve pain was significantly reduced. Maria was very calming and continuously checked in to make sure I was okay, especially when the pain was travelling. Each time I mentioned it, she responded with a smile and immediately adjusted her approach.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I felt so relaxed from the moment I stepped in, considering I was stressed and rushing around coming here, I was instantly calmed upon welcome at Touching Lives. My massage was wonderful, when I've been for a massage in the past it's either relaxing, or deep tissue and focusing on points where I am tight, however this massage was a combination of both. I've been having issues with my back and a lot of pain recently but the pain has subsided so much now that it's been relieved 😊 thank you so much I can't wait to return xx

Tali was wonderful and is amazing at massage she really focused on my areas of tension which was in places I didn’t actually realise I was feeling tense from. From the moment I stepped in I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. The rooms are lovely and the heated bed was a great touch. Thank you I will definitely be back in the New year!!

Very good and relaxing massage. I highly recommend it especially for those people who have very tense muscles like me . Milli is a very good therapist in helping to reduce tense muscles and reduce back and neck tension as well.

I booked the hot stones massage and it was such an amazing treatment I loved every second. Carole is fantastic and even just the massage alone was probably the best massage ive ever had where I really felt results after and eased my back pain. The combination of hot and cold stones felt amazing. It also felt more than just a massage but also eased my mind too as Carole radiated such positivity and good energy and it was just a lovely all round experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I had a wonderfully relaxing holistic massage by Carole. The room was warm and inviting, with the smell of incense. Carole ensured I was warm and cosy during the massage and I was asked before hand what I wanted from the experience. I had wanted the tension from my neck and back released and to feel calm and relaxed by the end of the session….which i most definitely felt when the 60 minute massage was finished. Thank you.
