Looking at the star rating, there should be an option of the 6th star to be amazing! As that is exactly how I feel after my visit at Gemmy Gorgeous... I had the back neck & shoulder massage along with the hair treatment and head massage. I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders and tension in my head. I came away feeling like my head could roll off my shoulders, I felt relaxed and relieved. Gemma always makes you feel comfortable, welcome and the environment is so tranquil. Thank you Gem. Always look forward to my treatments with you 😊

I had a really good experience with Sophie during my massage. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere was relaxing, and she took the time to understand my needs and preferences. I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Had a gorgeous facial and my skin feels very hydrated. The salon is small and cosy and Sophie is very professional and put me at ease as soon as I arrived. Definetly reccomend and will be back.
