I had a wonderful experience at Silver Spa Cheltenham with Ms Kay. I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Thank you, Ms Kay. I will definitely be back.

All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

He was not only kind and attentive but also thorough and highly informative, explaining what he was doing and how it could help with my tension. I already feel so much better. Had a really lovely experience this afternoon at Sanctuary & Sage. Amy was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment itself was beautiful and so relaxing, exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The treatment has been amazing, the best facial I’ve had so far. I have been to expensive salons before, however, I never left so pleased. I have very sensitive skin, dealing with eczema and psoriasis, my skin gets very easily triggered. Oksana’s products have been amazing though and also helped to clear my spots which are hormonal. I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you for being so accommodating and giving me back my self confidence!

Visits to Oksana studios are such a treat! Myself and my teenage daughters regularly come for the eye brows maxing following recommendation by my good friend Vahena 🥰. Oksana also had some great recommendations for my daughter's acné and skincare routine. Great value for money for super friendly service. Parking available outside and central location. Highly recommended!

Alwyn is a very good masseur, with excellent communication so you always feel at ease and in control of each phase of the treatment. The treatment itself is well designed and paced; genuinely head to toe experience. Extremely good value for money when compared to spa and wellness type facilities, and easily accessible part of town with close by parking options.

First time coming to the salon. It was super easy to get too, having lots of parking around there was always an option. Locating the building was super easy through effective signs. Alina was fantastic at completing my lash tint, very gentle and took caution when working around the eyes. It was a relaxing environment, making the entire experience much better. Thank you!

So good. Beautiful salon. Friendly and welcoming. I had a neck and back Swedish massage and it was so good. Mandy listened to my needs to customise the massage. It was relaxing but also felt like it was really helpful for the back pain and stress I was carrying. Would gladly recommend and will be returning.
