All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

Nice relaxing experience. Julie talked me through each and have of trendy and was very informative about all other treatments available at the salon and the benefits they provide. Will definitely go back for facials again

So good. Beautiful salon. Friendly and welcoming. I had a neck and back Swedish massage and it was so good. Mandy listened to my needs to customise the massage. It was relaxing but also felt like it was really helpful for the back pain and stress I was carrying. Would gladly recommend and will be returning.

The spa is very new, modern, and clean. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Ms Kay. I went in very sore & full of knots but left feeling extremely relaxed and she did an amazing job relieving the pain. The tea to go at the end was also a nice touch! I highly recommend Silver Spa and Ms Kay!!

Always amazing- the best in Cheltenham.

I’d been seeing a lot about the hifu treatment so I found Hepburns who’s did it I wanted a more defined jawline as getting married in 2 weeks I couldn’t be happier with the results I will definitely be going back to Julie after my wedding lovely lady and and talked me through the whole treatment

Sam was amazing 🤩 I went in with a sore lower back and tension in my shoulders and left feeling so much better. Will come back again for sure!

Excellent. A friendly welcome at NYR Cheltenham and a wonderfully relaxing reflexology treatment.

Had my eyebrows microbladed by Henrietta, something I had been thinking about for a long time but was worried about the outcome x no need to have worried. Henrietta is a true professional, she talked me through what she was going to do. No pain involved just a slight scratching feeling. Henrietta made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Really pleased with the outcome, have just been back after 4 weeks to have my brows checked and any infilling that needed doing. Again Henrietta explained the process. Would highly recommend Henrietta she is a true professional.

Wonderful reflexology at Cheltenham Neals yard . The therapists are always so nice. Lovely friendly staff helped me choosing a gift for a friend . All the products smell great.

I had a great back, shoulder, and neck massage this afternoon. I’ve only had a few massages before, so I felt a bit anxious at first, but I was made to feel welcome and at ease throughout the whole experience. I didn’t realise how much I needed it until afterwards — I left feeling so much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend it, and I’ll be back again!
