The best massage experience I’ve had so far. Helen is so welcoming and kind and her space is perfectly relaxing, you feel at ease immediately. Helen clearly cares about her practice and takes care to ask about your problem areas and lifestyle before treatment, as well as checking in throughout and offering different ways to help you feel comfortable. My neck and shoulders felt so much relief after my visit, I will absolutely be coming back soon ❤️

She is extremely precise and thorough, and you can tell she really takes pride in doing things properly. Nothing feels rushed or half-done, and that level of care makes the massage feel much more relaxing and effective. She also makes a real effort to keep you comfortable, adjusting the pressure whether you want it strong or softer, and making sure the session feels tailored to exactly what you need. Her technique is smooth and controlled, so the whole experience feels very professional and well done. Best of the best. Easy 5 stars.

I loved every minute of my facial! I would highly recommend Helen’s services, I’d booked a calm & clear facial but Helen suggested mixing and matching for my combination skin at no extra charge. Arrived at Lume for a massage, with shoulder pain that had been bothering me for months, left with practically no pain at all thanks to Helen’s expertise. The cabin is beautiful & so tranquil, I left feeling so relaxed and renewed. Helen is such a caring soul and an expert at what she does. 5 stars! I will definitely be back very soon

Ive truly just had the best full body massage from start to finish. The salon is so welcoming . By far one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Since getting my routine together at the gym I’ve been in dire need of a Thai massage, this studio opened near me in Shipley so I thought I’d give it a go. Upon entering the studio I was greeted with friendly smiles and presented a consent form, this gave me the opportunity to discuss pressure, areas to avoid and areas to focus on. Mhai was very professional and clearly experienced in authentic Thai massage techniques, this combined with the tastefully decorated and ambient environment made me feel like I had been whisked back to Thailand. 10/10 experience, I aim to be back monthly!
