We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

I met Arvi when she did my nails a few weeks ago when I was visiting the UK. She is outstanding - not only as a nail tech, but also as a human being. Today I had a 30 minute shoulder, neck and scalp massage. I booked this as a treat before Christmas in order to relieve stress and pain from a shoulder injury. It was the best 30 minutes I have spent on myself. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed and my shoulder actually felt less stiff. I'll definitely book again. Thank you 😊

Fantastic facial and back massage with Emily yesterday. My skin looks so clean, clear and fresh. The products were lovely and felt so soothing on my skin. This is the second facial I’ve had with Emily and I’ll definitely be back for more. The back massage was great too! Just the right amount of pressure and Emily found the knots in my shoulders quickly and worked effectively to release the tension. I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. I bought a treatment in Emily’s Black Friday deal. This was an absolute bargain for the treatments I received today. I had an amazing back massage, releasing lots of knots and tension but also being very relaxing and tailored with products to suit my skins needs. This was then followed by what I can only describe as a luxury facial. Absolute heaven! My skin was glowing! Emily now works from her new, very cosy cabin situated in a peaceful surrounding with great parking. This made the visit to her extra relaxing and stress free.
