Tracey was great! Figuring out the best treatment for me felt thorough and collaborative. She was very intuitive with finding all my tension points. I really liked that she explained which muscles were tight/problematic and how this might impact pain/tension. She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be returning. Fantastic massage with Katie! I came in with a lot of tension in my upper back and it had definately reduced afterwards! The treatment was both relaxing and effective in such a lovely, clean, welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

The focus on my back, neck, and shoulders today was exactly what I needed, and again Jill was an expert in finding all the knots and tension points while still making the whole experience incredibly rejuvenating and relaxing. This is only my second visit but I appreciate how much better I feel afterwards, both physically and mentally. Only wish I had found Jill sooner !
