Found this home-based salon in Punggol through a friend and it’s honestly such a convenient and affordable spot for a facial. The environment is super clean and has a really calming vibe to it - I was even able to take a nap. Rema did my facial and she was amazing. She’s very gentle but at the same time really thorough with her work—she didn’t rush through anything at all. Definitely a solid, fuss-free option!

Jia Xuen explained any skin concerns that I had patiently and recommended me the different kinds of facials that I should go for without any pressure. Also, through this experience, I decided to try their back acne and underarm brightening treatments. Firstly, the space is very clean and calming, making the entire atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. I did the brightening duo facial involving gentle (not manual) extractions + carbon peel laser + pico laser + mask + red light therapy. Joey was very knowledgeable and gentle, educating me on my skin, giving me product recommendations and advice on how to take better care of my skin. 1st time @ this place after searching for homebased service. Easy to find, just walk from Punggol MRT station less than 15mins. Arrived early but actually it was explained that it's better to wait at the lobby with seats til exact appointment time so any prior session wouldn't be interrupted. Booking was easy, paid deposit and you would get a confirmation via Apps and email. Exact unit will be provided on the QR code on actual day - you need it to use the lift. Rema was very focused on her job which I like. Soothing music was on while getting eyebrows done. Env was clean, quiet and relaxed. ❤

Joie is knowledgeable and took the time to assess my skin condition before starting, which made the treatment feel personalised. While there is no extraction, a skin scrubber is used to emulsify sebum and remove black heads with minimal discomfort. What stood out most was the calming environment and attentive approach throughout the facial. Joie explained each step clearly and also shared useful tips on what skincare to use at home for my skin type. There was zero hard selling and it made the experience both a relaxing and informative one. Will definitely be back for more (:
