Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Value for money, friendly service and facials that actually do work!!

Microneedling with 2 Derma serums. Amazing treatment! I was feeling low about approaching 50years old, my skin looked so dull and old. I’ve been coming to Sarah for around 15 years now , I just wouldn’t trust any other person with my treatments. She puts your mind at ease for any worries and talks you through the whole process. Her clinic is spotlessly clean and inviting. She’s also very honest with you and will only allow you to have the treatments you need , she wants everyone to look and feel their very best . Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

Hayley was very patient and took time to review the ingredients of the skincare products I am recently using to ensure that they would not cause side effects post laser treatment to remove my facial hair. Hayley also explained about the procedure of preparing for the laser treatment ensuring I am aware of the duration of the treatment and what it entails while ensuring that I do not move the googles and leave them covering my eyes. She spent some time adjusting the googles ensuring that they covered my eyes comfortably and securely.

Hayley is great. Always professional, the room is clinically clean, as you'd expect. I had laser tattoo removal and Hayley always does her best to make sure I'm comfortable and happy before, during and after the procedure. Would happily recommend.

Came in today for a patch test and consultation, the visit was very straightforward and Hayley explained everything thoroughly and clearly. There is lots of parking outside and the treatment room is very clean and tidy, I am looking forward to my appointment.
