Today i had a pumpkin facial. Its not just the facial that was good its how professional michelle was and how she delivers this service. She dosnt rush her facials, shes very attentive and thoughtful throughout! The enviroment is just perfect for a relaxing experience. Its also clean and clinical. I am looking forward to continuing my skin journey with michelle. I have picture of my skin at the start of my journey and will tale pictures each stage to show my results.

My son just had a fantastic bespoke teen facial with Kresh, and he couldn't stop talking about it when he got home! He absolutely loved the treatment and is already excited to go back. I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

My daughter and I went to gi gi vi beauty as an early birthday present for my daughter, what an experience it was! We had the best time and was treated like royalty specially my daughter who was treated like a queen! Everyone went above and beyond for us, we had a pedicure which was amazing and a facial at the same time next to each other, as a mum it was such an emotional moment watching my daughter experience her first facial, we really did have such an amazing time. Had a great experience with my daughter in a mummy and me facial. This was booked as a Christmas present and she was so excited to go. We arrive early, but were immediately greeted and given the most delicious drinks. My daughter had a very fancy lemonade with candyfloss - she loved it. We were then shown to the treatment room, where we could lie side by side while we had our facials. We were both in heaven! We left completely relaxed and my daughter is already planning our next trip.

My first Japanese head spa experience was excellent! I loved the facial as well, will definitely be back to try again. Very slight negative was the sound of the head spa/water pump was quite noisy so couldn’t hear the relaxing music.
