I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

Today i had a pumpkin facial. Its not just the facial that was good its how professional michelle was and how she delivers this service. She dosnt rush her facials, shes very attentive and thoughtful throughout! The enviroment is just perfect for a relaxing experience. Its also clean and clinical. I am looking forward to continuing my skin journey with michelle. I have picture of my skin at the start of my journey and will tale pictures each stage to show my results.

My son just had a fantastic bespoke teen facial with Kresh, and he couldn't stop talking about it when he got home! He absolutely loved the treatment and is already excited to go back. He said his skin feels so clear and smooth now. Since he's still young and figuring out his skin, Kresh shared some really helpful tips on how to keep it healthy and manage teen acne. First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

My daughter and I went to gi gi vi beauty as an early birthday present for my daughter, what an experience it was! We had the best time and was treated like royalty specially my daughter who was treated like a queen! Everyone went above and beyond for us, we had a pedicure which was amazing and a facial at the same time next to each other, as a mum it was such an emotional moment watching my daughter experience her first facial, we really did have such an amazing time.
