I think I need a treatment here every week. Charlotte is so lovely and attentive. She guides you through what you need and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The Japanese head spa was utterly incredible. From the products, to the massage, to the music, lighting and ambience. It was all a perfect recipe for an indulgent and relaxing experience. Cannot recommend the Japanese head spa treatment enough. It was dreamy and tantalising all wrapped up in a bundle of bliss! Thank you so much Charlotte. Just what a busy mum needed! Get booked you won’t regret it!

I had a facial and lash lift and tint today with Gina, and I couldn't be more happy with the results! It was my first time having either, Gina talked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout! The whole experience was very personable; Gina is such a gorgeous person inside and out, she made me feel comfortable and safe the moment I met her! I’ve gone for two separate treatments over the week - lash lift and eyebrow wax and illumi facial. Both women are really good at what they do, the waxing is so gentle and the lash lift very effective. Daniela really knows what she’s doing when it comes to face peels and laser, and ensured the treatment was safe above all else.

I instantly felt relaxed when I walked in as Charlotte had set the scene with aromas, lighting, music and an inviting massage bed. The facial was incredible. I didn't want it to end, each step felt like a little piece of heaven and the best facial I've had by far. My skin has been left feeling soft, glowing and ready for bridesmaid duties.
