I had the most wonderful and relaxing facial experience! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and inviting that instantly put me at ease. Emma was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my skin concerns before tailoring the treatment accordingly. The massage elements were so relaxing I nearly drifted off to sleep. My skin felt soft, refreshed, and glowing afterwards—definitely one of the best facials I’ve had. This was my first experience having a facial and I was a little nervous to start with. As soon as I met Emma I instantly felt calm as she was so welcoming and friendly. I really enjoyed the process, it was really relaxing. Emma let us play our favourite songs and we laughed and talked about all sorts. She took my concerns about my black heads into consideration and taught me how to take better care of them. I didn’t want the experience to end.
