I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Clean, bright salon with a peaceful atmosphere. Technician checked throughout to ensure I was happy with pedicure. At end they were very attentive to ensuring my pedicure was not damaged. Recommend!

Was really good - but I think the person assigned to do my nails was a beginner which made me a bit nervous, but she did a great job. Very tight space - a lot packed into the small unit. . Very clean and sanitary. Raised platforms for pedicure are great but people with mobility issues may have problems. Nice touch with biscuit and candy along with freshments from Costco (biscoff and Buble water)
