Hi, for some reason I cud not make a payment on my debit card this morning for my lumi facial, even though funds were available. We tried doing the payment through my saved card details on your system but it was buffering so we didn’t know if it went through. We decided to wait until tomorrow to see if the payment went through. I also used £40 gift voucher Bianca gave me for my birthday so the payment amount today was £105.00. I have just checked my bank and £180 has been paid to ‘love my skin’ Can you please look into this xx thanks Kath

Such a relaxing, amazing experience in lovely surroundings. Vanessa is so welcoming. She asks how things have been, listens and the treatments are always excellent. At the end of the treatment no rush to get up and leave. Highly recommend, I really look forward to the facials and I can see a notable difference in my skin.
