This was my first Brazilian lymphatic massage and Bianka didn’t disappoint. Very professional and kind! I was offered red light therapy for my face and cupping for my back. Her technique was amazing as I could hear and feel all the water going through my tummy when she was massaging it and noticeable results when we were done. Her facial massage at the end put me to sleep. I would highly recommend Bianka and I’ll definitely be going back again and again!

She was so sweet and kind, and very meticulous. She checked multiple times throughout the session to make sure the nails were to my liking, and even let me try multiple options when I couldn’t decide. Location was very convenient and clean, and the prices were a steal for downtown Toronto. Would definitely go back :)

I recently had my brows done here, and I am genuinely so happy with the results. Cherie is truly next level. She took the time to assess my natural brow shape, facial structure, and preferences before explaining exactly what she would do. Her attention to detail is truly unmatched. The shaping itself was completely painless and my skin didn’t get irritated at all (which usually happens!) My brows have never looked so clean & well defined, but still totally natural. Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

I got my brows shaped, a lash lift, and a facial, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My skin feels so rejuvenated, my lashes look so natural, and my brows are perfectly shaped. I also felt incredibly relaxed the entire time. Cherie was gentle, attentive, and so accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend all of her services :)
