I am 48 and have only had one facial before coming to see Kelly. This was a self care experience I had no idea I truly needed. I cannot describe how relaxing, rejuvenating and healing the experience was! I left not only looking transformed but feeling like a new person. My skin looks years younger, fresh and radiant! I had the most amazing facial with Suzy today. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing, but also so informative. She took the time to really understand my skin and walked me through what she was doing and why, which I appreciated so much. I left not only feeling refreshed and glowing, but also with a much better understanding of what my skincare routine should look like moving forward. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. I can’t recommend her enough!

My esthetician Danielle was truly amazing. Pleasant attitude, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Good spirit and vibe all around. My face looked and felt amazing after my facial. I look forward to my next session with her. The atmosphere inside was clean, calming,and pleasing to the senses. The massage chair was fantastic.

Alice serviced me and she’s chefs kiss! I had a micro dermabrasion facial and thought it’ll be painful but it didn’t hurt at all, i was still relaxed and fell asleep multiple times. She was so gentle. Her massages was heavenly, she gives the right amount of pressure.

I had a wonderful time today at the Avenue 215 Self Care Studio in Philadelphia. I received a one hour Stone Spirit massage with aromatherapy and hot stones by my masseuse Sharne’. Today they offered spa services, manicures and pedicures for men only from 5pm-8pm, cocktails while we were watching the basketball for us to enjoy during our services. There was great brotherhood and friendship there today. I love this place and enjoy all the services each time I go for my appointment. They have a friendly, courteous and professional staff. Consistently great service, relaxing ambiance and thoughtful client engagement. Salon is extremely clean, spacious and cozy. PhyxSkyn continues to raise the bar on customer experience they provide - i.e. they’d give you a neck/shoulder massage during facial mask; waiting room is quiet and relaxing, you get to sit on a massage chair or a L shape couch while waiting; the slippers, robe and blanket really make you feel home. Most importantly, the result of facial never disappoints. Phyllis and Alice are extremely professional and highly skilled. My skin always feels clean and glowy after facial.

I loved my facial! Alice did a wonderful job, she was very gentle which helped the extraction process. Before my facial she assessed my skin and recommended what’s best for my skin. My skin feels soooo clean. I can’t wait to come back and start my monthly facials.

Alice is very meticulous with extractions. I like how she’s delicate yet firm when cleansing and massaging. I also enjoy the lavender scent that fills the room while receiving my facial. 10/10 would very much recommend.
