I had surgery last week and had had to postpone my appointments for a week. Kadie was so helpful on the phone and managed to just lift the 2 appts and put them in the following week even though I know they're very busy. I went yesterday and had my nails redone by Danielle and I was looked after and treated like glass almost by them all as I'm still in pain. Unfortunately Sam was ill so Lou stepped in did my facial and I walked out feeling like a new woman. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, they are all so considerate and very good at what they do. Lovely welcoming place. I have had my make-up done a couple of times and had a facial. Felt great after both. Make-up up spot on. Facial very relaxing and skin was refreshed. Would definitely recommend this little hidden gem.

Kimberley is just the best. I had a carbon facial with her as i struggle with acne prone skin. She explained everything step by step and made me feel so at ease.
