Had a fantastic massage with Jenny today and I highly recommend. She’s very good at her techniques and felt much more relaxed after and she’s a lovely person. Another thing I love about this place is it never feels rushed and if anything they give you longer time. The best Thai massages in Swindon in my opinion.

Jeni is a fabulous therapist who offers a wide menu of services using tier one brands such as Elemis. Over the years I have tried quite a few therapists, however I always return to Jeni, as I know I will be happy with the results of her work, be that a facial, nails, waxing or a wonderful massage. I would thoroughly recommend her!

Danya is absolutely wonderful as a person and with what she does. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and warm. I would recommend her to everyone. I previously had a very bad experience with facial fillers at a Swindon clinic which has left me very nervous and Danya really helped by explaining everything to me thoroughly which made me feel so much more confident about the outcome. I really trust her and I think that is so very important.

Tash is exceptional – honestly, the whole team at Gems are. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel so welcome and genuinely valued. I actually travel to Swindon just to come here, which says it all! When you find somewhere as special as this, you don’t let it go. The care, attention to detail, and consistently amazing results keep me coming back every time. Couldn’t recommend Gems enough 💅✨

Was amazing, so much more comfortable in your own home, massage was amazing and she worked on the area she found needed work, facial was always fantastic and reflexology at the end was perfect felt very relaxed and chilled out for the rest of the day
