I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

I had the baby glass skin facial and I was literally speechless! The results are absolutely amazing! It was my first time coming here and Ashley was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable and was prepared to answer any questions I had! This was my first time having the ENVIRON cool peel 2.5%. Jade was so friendly and welcoming as always and made me feel super comfortable and relaxed! The service was amazing! Jade was really informative about the treatment I was receiving and so gentle when applying facial products and giving a massage. My face looks like glass after the service I’m so impressed! Would highly recommend this, would definitely book this treatment again!xx

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. From start to finish, everything about my facial with Polly was just what I needed. The treatment itself was pure bliss, as were the products, the heated cosy bed and the music. Polly is really knowledgeable and I appreciated her tips about how to tweak my own skincare routine to better suit my skin’s needs, without needing to invest in any expensive new products. My first time having any sort of facial treatment and Trey was so knowledgeable and lovely. Couldn’t recommend her enough!! Made me feel so at ease and comfortable and will definitely be using her for any future treatments.

I arrived for my facial completely frazzled after a day at work and with a terrible tension headache. Polly was amazing, by the end of the treatment my headache was completely cured and I felt like a different person! I felt like I floated out of the treatment room! Thank you.

I've had issues with tension, pain and lack of mobility in my jaw for years. After one TMJ facial I can already feel an improvement which I was not necessarily expecting. Highly recommend. The whole experience was lovely and relaxing as well as successful in improving my issues.

This is the second time I have had the Resurface and Peel facial and it was amazing again. Isabella is so professional and knowledgeable and today my skin feels incredible. I will be back soon.
