Great experience- professional attitude, cosy studio and super Galya, who makes the whole visit a pleasure! I have facials there done, waxing, massages and my eyebrows as well!! Can only recommend with 2 hands!

Always an amazing experience! Nails & facial this time - 5 * experience and just the perfect calming treatments needed before a big competition this weekend. Amazing visit this morning for a luxury facial massage, after having had my nails done. Alex managed to release a huge amount of stress in my head neck & shoulders whilst giving an incredible facial massage with super kind & aromatic Tropic products. Am feeling so much better. Relaxed & calm & ready to face the rest of week. About to book my next one in as so important for my wellbeing and helps with my lymphatic system system & for me , my pain. Can’t recommend highly enough the whole range of services from The Beauty Lounge byAlex- 1st class service to treat yourself, thank you ☺️

Hi Alex! THANK YOU so much!! My first experience of a facial was amazing!! Not just that it was a fabulous time with super Tropics products that had an incredible aroma, but you made me feel so relaxed & not anxious - yes I was incredibly anxious about it, but the real bonus was the by products of the massage part that have re-awakened my lymphatic system, almost immediately, when you started on my head & neck! it meant I’ve been able to walk the short distance to my car with much reduced pain & hopefully that will remain for awhile. Now to plan my next one! Thx so much 😊

Usually have a prescription facial with Ellie but while Ellie is off on maternity leave had this one with Sammy. Same professional luxurious service, same attention to detail, same interest shown in my concerns. As always, a relaxing treatment and as always, left with my skin glowing!! Thank you Sammy 😊

Harriett makes you feel welcome and relaxed every time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my lashes. I also recently had a facial and once again she didn’t disappoint! Professional, outstanding service everytime from a beautician who is knowledgeable and caring.

First microneedling session. Experience was great and Heidi made me so comfortable. Can't wait to see results.

I had a dermaplaning facial plus first time Botox and fillers with Claudia and she made me feel so comfortable! She answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. Will definitely be going back for more!
