I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

My daughter and I went to gi gi vi beauty as an early birthday present for my daughter, what an experience it was! We had the best time and was treated like royalty specially my daughter who was treated like a queen! Everyone went above and beyond for us, we had a pedicure which was amazing and a facial at the same time next to each other, as a mum it was such an emotional moment watching my daughter experience her first facial, we really did have such an amazing time. Highly recommend gigivi beauty to anyone. Thank you all so much ❤️

Carbon Facial with Shannon was absolutely amazing! Absolutely gorgeous girl to speak to. Also love Cathy who did my skin tags a while ago - and they’re all gone! My second session was today and after my first session, we both found it had really cleared up my skin and really helped with redness, oiliness and general health of it - glowing! It really changed the dynamic in my skin somehow. She made the whole treatment comfortable and warm. Highly professional setting and welcome. I highly recommend this treatment. I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁
