i recently had a hydrofacial with Shereena and it was an incredible experience. she took her time to explain everything clearly and made sure i was relaxed throughout the treatment. my skin felt so clean, hydrated, and glowing afterwards. you can tell she really cares about her clients and pays attention to every detail. i’ve been to her before for a pedicure and loved it then too. highly recommend Shereena if you’re looking for great service and real results! ❤️

I received a gift voucher from my work colleagues to come here for a pamper session and I walked out feeling very relaxed and pampered, the staff were very pleasant and friendly, I had my nail appointment first and a facial after that. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
