Visited today as my skin was extremely dehydrated due to taking a lot of medication. I had a bespoke facial which was amazing and has completely transformed my skin. My skin feels more like its normal self and I look forward to visiting again in 4 weeks! 🥰

Today I tried the new hydra facial and once again was not disappointed. From walking through the front door to the wonderful calming aroma to the gorgeous relaxing treatment room with heated bed, which on a cold autumnal day was simply bliss to then the amazing facial by Louise. It was my first visit to this lovely little salon having received a voucher as a gift. I had an upper back hot oil massage and a rose quartz facial. Louise is very welcoming and friendly and done a wonderful job so relaxing, so relaxing that I think I was snoring a few times🤭. Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again soon.

If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

Very professional and eyelashes perfect as usual . Been to Jess for yrs and she is the best at eyelashes in the north East especially for the price. Live 20 miles away from Birtley but keep coming back.

Friendly staff massage and facial was amazing

Bev was out fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, super professional and absolutely lovely! We talked about my skin concerns and what treatments would be best for me in the clinic and what I can also do to help at home. My facial today was amazing, my skin already looks and feels so much better! I can’t wait to be back!

I had a facial today which was 10/10 - I kept falling asleep it was that relaxing! My skin looks and feels amazing. Every step was explained fully so I knew exactly what was going onto my skin. Will 100% be rebooking more facials in the future.

Just Wow!! What can i say! Bev is incredible, as usually just having my Botox is a white knuckle ride…. I’m petrified of needles but not with Bev as she’s so gentle. When I decided to have some facial fillers done I really questioned myself but she discussed everything and we looked at all the options and outcomes together with no pressure from her at all. Finally a few weeks later I’ve taken the plunge and I’m blown away with the results! I’ve never met a more professional, patient, happy helpful human!! I won’t be going anywhere else.

10/10 as usual. Facial with Shelley was excellent as were my eyelashes with Millie. A great salon would definitely recommend it!
